Supervised twenty-three mechanical and electrical technicians in a 24 hour 5 day a week operation. Developed, prepared, and deployed strategic site plan initiatives and relocations. Coordinated, designed, and developed equipment and layouts with engineering groups. Developed formal Planned Maintenance program utilizing Datastream and EAM Operated in a Project Manager capacity organizing and moving production lines to various plants. Operated department below set budget Successfully utilized dispositioned assets for quality enhancements, production efficiency, and new product process/application. Conducted Kaizen events with maintenance technicians and operations-reductions in process variation, program modifications and enhancements, and machine sequence of events
