Led full SDLC for multiple computer software/hardware projects in Health Imaging industry. Formed high-level development strategies, project scope, cost analysis, requirements analysis and specification documents. Hired, managed, and evaluated team members. Adhered to ISO and FDA compliance standards. Selected Highlights: • Project Development – Led development for client and server portions of medical picture archiving system, managing $1.4 million budget and team of 35 in build-out of Generation 2 Server and Workstation. • Audit Management/Compliance – Responsible for supplying documentation required to file for FDA approval relating to company’s 2nd generation medical device systems, as well as served as central point of contact for all internal and external audits relating to such systems.
