As a member of PMO, held responsibility to analyze and develop numerous components of a Methodology, including PM processes and procedures. Selected Highlights: • Project Management – Guided multi-departmental monthly release project for multiple OS client/server software (processing prescriptions for 20% of entire U.S. population) and cycle-time reduction project for retrospective data comparison. Increased volume of customer-driven changes accommodated by 10%, decreased response times 10%.
