Daily Duties at Small World Media, Inc.:

Promoted through increasingly responsible positions. As Director, planned, allocated, and tracked resources across multiple initiatives, with emphasis on high-profile engagements. Liaised between Sales/Marketing and Technology groups to ensure alignment with corporate goals; managed key vendor relationships. As Manager of Projects, formed a new Project Management Group, including development of Methodology and all processes. Hired, led, and evaluated team of Project Managers that formed the Project Management Office (PMO). Developed and maintained a Project Portfolio. As Technology Project Manager, led 3 groups of developers through complete SDLC for various projects. Selected Highlights: • Process Standardization/Improvement – Decreased software development project cycle time by 20% and standardized all cost estimates, leading to 25% increase in ad/sponsorship revenues. • Project Management Leadership – Formed brand new Project Management Office to provide company with strong, cohesive approach to project management. Developed and maintained a Project Portfolio which included a Master Queue for prioritization of projects of all sizes, and Master Schedule of all initiatives taking place company-wide. • Operations Reengineering – relocated all technology assets via a sell-lease deal, bringing in $1 million in additional revenues necessary to fund company operations and drive progress in downturn economic market.
