Created a startup company to provide local, technology-based multiple restaurant frequent dining programs to consumers. Responsible for all aspects of corporation development and management. This included creation of program features, design of e-commerce website and backend software, management of outsourced technology staff and development of all program materials. Also responsible for negotiations with potential service providers, business partners and corporate sponsors.
