Daily Duties at University Of The District Of Columbia:
Provide strategic planning and administrative oversight, supervision and staff development for approximately 60 staff across the Division of Student Affairs (financial aid, health services, counseling, career services, judiucial affairs,disability services, etc.)Facilitate the development,and implementation of student-centered initiatives. Evaluate staff based on performance measures. Manage Division $14 million budget. Serve on the President's cabinet and serve as liaison to the Board of Trustees, Student Afairs Subcommittee.
