Daily Duties at United Pet Group, Inc:

• Manage processing of employee paperwork concerning employee new hires, terminations, position changes, benefits, I-9 forms, etc., and enter in to HRIS system. • Create and maintain active and terminated employee files for 150+ employees. • Work unemployment claims from claim to hearing. • Perform boarding process (i.e., receipt of application, background checks, drug testing, offer letters, etc.) • Manage attendance (points system) for active employee staff. • Enforce company policies • SAP and SRM • Assists in employee relations and services. • Coordinates efforts with other departments to resolve issues with suppliers. • Continue to manage employee rewards program. • Support payroll department by editing E-time, verifying employee hours, and meeting payroll deadlines. • Have saved the company over $10,000 by negotiating with vendors. • Work with w/c company (Standard) to administer benefits. • Worked in team environment on yearly budget.
