Daily Duties at Award Publishing:
Charged with recruiting and coaching sales representatives in new and existing regional markets to implement and manage strategic and tactical sales with specific marketing plans to close sales and increase revenue and market share. Maintained full responsibilities for creating and managing regional marketing initiatives that boosted name recognition and a 50% increase in revenue. Crafted responses to Requests for Proposals for school reform, professional services, technology grants and extended day grants to win large district adoptions. Matched product to state funding streams and communicated funding sources to school districts to move product purchases forward. Presented technology program at Regional and National Reading and Technology Conferences.
