Identified, recruited, hired, mentor and coach representatives and educational consultants in the field. Worked in close collaboration with product development, vice presidents, CFO and President to effectively communicate both changing and current market drivers. Established and directed focus groups charged with identifying current and projected issues in the market place. Promoted cost effective inventory and revenue planning by developing accurate divisional revenue forecasts.
