Assisted Executive Director with fund raising and public relations. Performed daily accounts receivable transactions for tuition and program payments. Scheduled community group sessions and implemented enrollment procedures through telecommunications marketing. Organized and maintained mailing lists and brochure distribution on a quarterly basis. Updated and monitored annual membership listings. Organized and monitored special event programming. Interacted as liaison between city officials and community center management. Implemented security procedures for community center’s evening schedule.
