Prepared correspondence materials for annual fund drive. Supervised weekly volunteers with departmental projects. Processed acknowledgement letters, correspondence and memorandum. Maintained inventory and ordered office supplies. Screened incoming telephone calls and assisted in rotating switchboard coverage
