Daily Duties at Mr. Telephone, Inc.:
Assist General Manager, Service Manager and Operations Manager of a large telecommunications company. Responsible for working closely with General Manager in every aspect of his job including correspondence, faxes, screening incoming phone calls and keeping his office organized to run smoothly. Also assist Service Manager creating all paperwork and documentation for large business customers and keeping database current. Assist Operation Manager with accounts payables and accounts receivables, posting reports, monthly statements and invoicing, handle all mail – incoming and outgoing, and support Customer Service directing calls from customers to the appropriate system consultants for service and/or programming needs.
