Daily Duties at St. Paul Insurance Co.:
Supervised a staff of six audit personnel performing field auditing and inside audit processing (mail audits, billings, customer services, etc.)and independent commercial auditing firms. Supervised premium auditing services for three offices - Atlanta, Ga, Birmingham, AL and Nashville, TN and dotted line supervision of auditors in North Carolina and Florida. Conducted physical audits on large commercial accounts within the southeast states. Assisted company underwriting, insurance agents and insurance governing authorities with audit concerns.
