Daily Duties at Acrohelipro Services:

• Responsible for the development and maintenance of designated and captured customer base for the company to including market analysis, market trending, and identifying areas of opportunity and growth within my specific sales territory. • Brought to the company the biggest accounts from Latin America. • Assisting in the development and in the execution of annual sales budget and order intake models within my specific sales territory to enable the company to achieve financial commitments to all its stakeholders. • Responsible for achieving and exceeding target revenue/margins in my entire territory. • Responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction. • Ownership of forecasted revenue and margins within my specific territory. • Submissions of formal bids for the Government and Military tenders of the countries under my responsibility. • Developed new commercial and government/military customers on my territories. • Managed the relationship with the existing government, military and corporate customers. • Worked closely with customer service reps (CSR) to ensure that customers receive appropriate level of service (monitoring). • Required to travel extensively as necessary in the performance of my duties. • Liaison between the customers and the Engineering Department to find and/or design in a case by case basis feasible and sound solutions profitable for both the company & the customer.
