- Design and Change Order Development - Schedule implementation and manipulation (P3 Primavera) - Cost Analysis and Budget Analysis on a Weekly/ Monthly Basis - Pricing equipment and using a vast Network in the N. California Area - Direction of employees, both in the office, onsite and in the field. - Take offs and Value Engineering for change orders - Field layout and grade layout in the field - Start up and Testing Plans and implementation - Training Plans and execution to EB MUD employees for final turn over
