Daily Duties at Ship Shape, Llc:
SHIP SHAPE, LLC. Edgewater,NewJersey Co-owner Contract Maintenance Company Provided support services and personnel to oversee maintenance and safety requirements to maintain residential homes, malls and office buildings. Services include preparation of apartments, office building and malls for tenants such as painting, electrical repair, plumbing, floor installation and foul weather support such as snow removal and or flooding • Writing Proposals, RFQ’s, Contracts and Contract Negotiations • Manages all aspects of purchasing including selecting and assessing vendors. • Purchase of various raw materials, supplies, and equipment in support of maintenance and janitorial contracts. • Maintaining service and contract records. • Training full time employees in all aspects of service. • Providing excellent Customer Service to suppliers, vendors and customers
