Daily Duties at Anderson Mrtgage:
Began as a loan processor working with loan agents to complete applications, opening escrow accounts, ordering appraisals, submitting loans to lenders and following up with lenders on conditions until final approval/closing. Promoted to loan officer after passing Real Estate License exam. Worked with Telemarketers to pre-qualify and analyze income, then determine the best loan programs to fit the clients need. Increased sales and provided excellent customer service to clients. Presented with Loan Officer of the Month in May 2003.
