Daily Duties at Draeger Construction:
Assist Project Managers with large construction projects by adhering to the contract, specifications, create project schedules, issue and manage subcontracts and insurance certifications. Act as the facilitator for the project managers with the property manager, construction managers and architects. Produce and distribute Requests for Information, Submittals, Change Orders, and document and log all changes to scope of work. Create billing and support documents such as Schedule of Values and Lien Releases. Prepare weekly and monthly construction progress updates and reports for corporate records.
