(4)/2005 – 11/2009 Wachovia Corporation Winston Salem, NC Technology Service Desk Manager/Supervisor Managed a group within Technology Services that work, escalate and communicate issues to leaders and others within the company. Responds to the complex problems pertaining to the functional operation of applications, hardware and software for all platforms supported by Wachovia IT. Provides assistance, coordination and follow-up on client questions, problems, malfunctions and service requests of all applications, hardware and software for all platforms supported by Wachovia IT Interprets, evaluates and resolves, inquiries pertaining to the functional operation of applications, hardware and software for all platforms supported by Wachovia IT. Analyzes all inquiries and determines appropriate technical area or vendor to resolve problems. Responsible for making sure team has adequate staffing. Responsible for making My Time entries for team to make sure employees times were approved and accurate.
