Senior Loan Officer/Loan Modification Specialist, Activus Home Loans Sales of a variety of mortgage solutions to clients depending upon their situation in the form of purchase loans, refinancing, short sales, short pays, and loan modifications. • Top Income Producer for September 2008 resulting in revenue of $26k • Expanded business with the ability to cross-sell, from inbound and outbound calls generated from direct mail, radio advertisement, and internet leads for residential and commercial needs. Senior Loan Consultant/Senior Loan Processor/Office Manager , Real Estate Club Responsibilities included loan origination, marketing, management of company pipeline and closings for a small real estate firm. Supervision and training of two junior processors. Interviewed vendors for Appraisal, Escrow and Title. • Established new lender relationships resulting in a 50% increase in new products and company expansion.
