Daily Duties at At&T/Tci Cablevision:
Duties included bill processing, bank reconciliation, cash handling, and inventory control. Retention Officer / Auditor: Research billing issues, prepare bank deposits, and invoicing. Monitor payment histories for personal & business accounts. Trouble shooting possible problems with cable reception. Communicating and arranging dispatch for possible outages. Audit & inventory supplies for technical staff. Monthly reporting to upper management, including creation of spreadsheets and compiling all documentation
