Daily Duties at Rm Crowe:
Executive Assistant (4/05-3/08) Schedule flights, hotel stays and car rentals for the Corporate office. Maintain calendars/schedules for the President and CIO. Scheduled meetings inside and outside the office for Owner, President and CIO. Created excel charts, power point presentations for President, CIO and Human Resource. Created and distributed press releases and newsletters for RM Crowe. Worked close with the Owner, President, CIO and Human Resource. Involved in Leasing process; proof read leases for mistakes before processing. Involved and worked closely with advertising (ex: MOSAIC and Color Group, Inc.) to help, create and develop new and updated website for the company. Involved and worked closely with magazine and publishing companies such as Dallas CEO and DBJ to create promotional ads for RM Crowe. Created and developed email flyers, hard copy flyers, brochures, signs and folders for all RM Crowe buildings and RM Crowe using, Microsoft Word, Excel, PP and Publisher. Receptionist (11/04-4/05) Answered incoming calls for a multi phone line. Maintained conference room schedules for meetings. Experience in Yardi- entered vendor codes for Property Managers. Completed tenant check deposits for 10 properties . Coordinate birthday, showers, company parties etc. Maintained stock for kitchen and supplies. Experience with Adobe PDF- scanned and filed documents
