Maintain daily schedules/calendars for multi Executives. Schedule/Confirm meetings, Conferences, trips (flight, hotel, rental car) for multi Executives. Prepare weekly and business trips using World Travel Agency and directly through Airline websites for multi Executives. Prepare and Audit Expense Reports for multi Executives on a biweekly basis using Gelco/Concur website. Created and revised documents Word, Excel and Power Point documents for President, COO, VP of Sales. Answered incoming calls for ASD Healthcare on an as needed basis. Prepare catered luncheons for high profile meetings using places outside the company as well as using the inside Bistro Cafe. Maintained personal travel for the President and the COO. Maintained personal finances for President (i.e. pay personal bills on a monthly basis and set up new accounts for new home. Answered incoming calls for President
