Daily Duties at Hall Brooke Residential Services:

•Supervise two residential programs with supervision of 4 caseworkers and one counselor. Coordinate the instruction of ADL skills, peer intervention skills, and community integration skills for 20 clients. Oversee and manage crisis intervention and medication programs. •Develop, create, and submit to the CEO and CFO budgets for the two programs consisting of roughly $350,000+ annually. Approve all expenditures and provide detailed financial reports on a monthly basis. Maintain individual budgetary records for each program. •Work with the environmental services department to coordinate general house maintenance, updates to infrastructure, and any general maintenance and repair work to the buildings and surrounding property or structures. •Order supplies, appliances, and negotiate services from outside companies. Able to reduce costs while maintaining quality with exceptional negotiation skills. •Responsible for supervising case managers in overseeing entitlement and funding services for clients. •Attend regular case planning meetings with outside agencies and work with them to provide needed services or placement for clients on an individual basis. •Write grant proposals, leveraging letters for grants, or worked jointly with other agencies on funding grants as needed to provide operational capital for the programs.
