Daily Duties at Duke University:
Designed, developed and implemented billing, account receivable, account payable and general ledger systems for the 5 separate units of the Offices Services Department. Implemented a campus-wide networked printing resource system over DukeNet. Automated printing of Duke University’s class schedule. Designed, developed and implemented materials management system for multiple clinical trials for the Duke Clinical Trial Institute. Provided user support and troubleshooting at all levels.
