Managed a staff of 10 managers and 60 indirect reports as part of a successful team created to implement changes ahead of Year 2000 programming challenges. Projects included multiple teams of Cast Members and contractors for several credit card processing applications, retail sales, credit settlement applications and Accounts Payable applications. This also included the use of automated scripting tools and automated report compare tools to assist with the efficiency and accuracy of the testing.
