Developed, implemented and managed a new department planning team of 4 Managers and 30 additional indirect reports that previously did not exist in the department. Managed a team which supports all MIT planning and forecasting activities. Responsible for sign off and completion of Sarbanes IT General Computer Controls testing including development of the controls with IT, PWC and ESPN Controllership.
