Developed, implemented and managed a new department of 3 Managers and 20 outsourced support personnel to support IT Disaster Recovery and Multimedia VTC. Supported coordination of ESPN Technology’s Infrastructure IT Disaster recovery planning and annual testing efforts. Managed an outsourced support contract with external vendors to support the day to day operational needs of ESPN’s Video Conference and Multimedia rooms.
