Daily Duties at Quintiles:
• Managed the flow of up to 40 clinical trials simultaneously from entry of client information to final data transmission. • Responsible for all external client contact with pharmaceutical and biotech companies. • Worked with laboratories worldwide to manage trails globally. • Communicated with investigator sites to answer questions and work out any problems that were beyond the scope of customer service responsibilities. • Developed and kept all management charts from project summaries to daily functions. • Created laboratory information system function overview chart for internal use. • Trained Investigator Services Representatives and Protocol Services Coordinators in US office and European office. • Responsible for validity and quality of database information. • Participated in planning, development and testing of automated faxing system for external customers. • Participated in testing of in house software package.
