Daily Duties at Agilent Technologies Inc:
• Provided administrative support for two District Sales Managers and ten Sales personnel. Accomplished use of Microsoft 2007 Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook. • Compiled reports from a database for monthly reports as well as ad-hoc reports into an Excel spreadsheet. Worked with managers to analyze present sales as well as growth Year-over-Year, etc. • Coordinated employee Oracle Training sessions for early transition from a Legacy system. • Provided registration support for customer seminars to promote customer training and information on the test equipment. • Coordinated monthly Sales Field Training Day for Sales Engineers to keep up with new product information. • Processed Sales Engineers expense reports into the Concur system, as well as other administrative tasks to give them more time to be out selling. Kept calendars for two managers. • Worked as a liaison between the managers and facilities for space planning, Emergency Response Teams, and other facility related issues. Coordinated training with facilities to update employees on new Evacuation processes.
