Daily Duties at Blue Star Ltd., India :
Manufacturing of Air handling Units, Split air conditioner,window airconditioner and Receipe Chiller. Supervision in Air handling unit, Cold room section and Recipe chillers. Implementation of Total Quality Management in every aspect. Participation in Kaizen, 5s, Lean Manufacturing, Quality Assurance and TQM Training programme. Daily production planning of 1500 insulated door panels assigned for 4 workers in 1 shift. Accessed flow of raw material sheets in assembly line through Value Stream Mapping by improvement in lead time.
