Daily Duties at Compass Group / Crothall Services:
• Directed environmental operations for a 258 bed acute care facility, 25 bed dialysis center, ambulatory surgery center and family health clinic. • Managed scheduling, emergency command systems and infectious disease containment. • Initiated quality controls, team development, employee appreciation, corporate wellness and served as a liaison between clinical and non-clinical departments. • Ensured compliance with State, Federal, AOA and JCAHO regulations in addition to serving on their respective committees. • Collaborated directly with patients and conducted facility inspections to maintain healthy and high quality service standards.
