Daily Duties at Concentra :

• Maintained annual budgets, marketing initiatives and overall operational performances for multi-disciplined clinical facilities. • Monitored market trends and gathered competitive information, in conjunction with the strategic planning associated with each business unit. • Managed ICD/CPT E-billing preparation and collection responsibilities. • Maintained OSHA, DOT, CMS, CLIA and other regulatory responsibilities. • Directed client relations, managed internal/external organizational relationships in addition to corporate wellness, employee assistance and health/safety programs. • Ensured the efficiency of patient care services and proper administration of the Laboratory, Pharmacy, Radiology, Medical Records and Physical Therapy departments.
