Manage individuals including a senior Manufacturing Engineer, (1) Production Supervisor (1) Logistics Manager (1) Facilities Manger and (23) Bargaining Unit Employees who perform honing brazing welding soldering wiring assembly and test of Helium Compressors, cold heads, cyro pumps, pulse tubes and other cryogenic equipment for the Helium MRI, Electronics and Cryogenic industries. Average monthly shipments = $2MM USD. Typical customers include Phillips Medical, Oxford Instruments, Applied Material and other well known companies. Coordinate Facility wide safety program together with the Facilities Manger. Currently pursuing qualification into Penn Safe state wide safety program with the intention of obtaining 5% cost reduction in Workman’s Compensation Insurance. Initiate Cost reduction programs involving manufacturing and shipping activities, Estimated YTD savings = $650,000 USD Instrumental in the development and maintenance of facility wide metrics to monitor and achieve plant wide goals as collectively agreed upon by Senior Managers.
