Senior Director: Process Control (2005 - 2008) Established tight control of all manufacturing, test, development, and operations processes at SanDisk and overseas sites. Designed and implemented enhanced processes for new product introduction (NPI), and worldwide manufacturing. Senior Director: Program Management (2000 -2005) As founding director of the Program Management team at SanDisk, defined the function of Program Management and staffed a program management organization. Director: Worldwide Product & Test Engineering (1991 to 2000) Created and drove the memory card product and test engineering groups to support new product development, product characterization, qualification, test, yield management, and overseas manufacturing operations.
