Daily Duties at Source Recruiting:
Partnered with hiring managers at major corporations to identify and place qualified candidates for open positions for both contract and full-time placement. Worked closely with hiring authorities to define the scope of candidate searches, and identified potential candidates through internet research, internal database, cold calling, referrals, networking, job fairs, and other strategies. • Completed thorough screening process, including detailed phone screening, in-person interviews, reference checks, and technical qualification. • Coordinated meetings and interviews with Candidates and Clients as well as internal status meetings. • Maintained communication with candidates to gain candidate loyalty and generate referrals
