Daily Duties at Christopher Wren Construction:
Managing of Custom homes from lot prep to delivery. Ordering of all necessary material to complete homes. Meeting with sub-contractors to answer any questions and to clarify any requests by homeowners. Meeting with homeowners to discuss and verify any options, changes, or requests. Working with local Building and trade Inspectors to verify all work is compliant with local building codes. Working with engineers to verify all work, and any changes meet or exceed local and national building codes. Working with designers and architects to ensure that their ideas and visions, along with the homeowner’s are met.
