▪ Supported Program Management Office and provided subject matter expertise to government grant making agency in the development, design and execution of full lifecycle management system ▪ Monitored and tracked project schedule; coordinated deliverable document reviews, collected and consolidated comments, scheduled meetings and tracked action items. ▪ Coordinated outreach efforts, produced product marketing materials; developed presentations and posters, and designed brochures. ▪ Designated e-Room administrator, managed user access and system privileges, maintained project files, and established document storage and archival processes.
