Daily Duties at Standard Chartered Bank:

Responsible for customer acquisition and retention, requiring a range of financial services & products including Auto, Mortgage, Cards, Wealth Management, Depository, Fixed Income, Treasury Products through channels (covering 18 branches, Priority Banking), SME (Trade Finance, Treasury and Working Capital Loans). Cross sale Institutional/Corporate Banking and entire banking products. Actively participating in product and business development programmes/campaigns (in/outside the country). Generating and maximizing sales opportunities with every form of customer interaction. Responsible for direct supervision, coaching and providing close support to RMs, branch sales staff and Personal Financial Consultants. Responsible to deliver and management of sales goals, expense targets, operational standards, staff management and customer experience goals. Develops and promotes good community relations. Oversees the general supervision of all activities within the branches according to established policies/guidelines.
