Escorted local nationals, advised management on overall productivity and requirements of Anaconda Express as it pertained to the LOGCAP III SOW, SOP and client needs and requests; developed, implemented and monitored effective training programs for employees to ensure compliance of company policies and procedures; trained personnel in driving accident prevention and provided pertinent guidance to twenty-two personnel; conducted daily safety and strategy sessions to ensure that staff has tools, skills and attitude to safely and cost effectively meet mission’s objective.
