Daily Duties at Starlite Village Hospital:

At the time I started the hospital was in the red with an antiquated treatment structure and billing system, and also at the point of almost being closed by the state for texas Board of Health violatons. I was hired as administrator to get the hospital back in compliane with the state, and to radically update the treatment model and billing structure to bring it into line with newer evolving managed care requirements.
