Daily Duties at Substitute Teacher Service, Inc.:
I taught exclusively at Hatboro-Horsham High School. In the fall of 2001 I was a daily substitute, concentrating on the arts. In the spring of 2002, I was asked, and accepted the position of building substitute, meaning a long term position. I returned to this company and high school after leaving The Philadelphia School District in 4/04. In 9/04 I was offered the position of head teacher in an emotional support classroom. I was emergency certified for special education for that school year. Each student had a medically diagnosed mental illness, each different. This was an all inclusive class, with grades 9-12.
