Presently, I verify that the claims we receive belong to our company and participating dentist. I then process them for payment. I answer the phone, helping our insureds and dental providers. I assist our Accounts Receivable Officer with questions on an other software program, running a dental office in Northen New Jersey that is affiliated with another contract.
