Daily Duties at Adp Dealer Services, Inc:
Provide successful on site system implementations, product training and support to our clients throughout the United States and Canada. Mentored teammates and outside consultants, supervising, training and reporting results to upper management. Created outlines and documentation to assist teammates with their training techniques and customization of applications, improving consistancy on the installs. Client management training including analyzing their system and daily operations. Customise application setups to best fit the clients needs. Design custom report from Report Generator to client specifications. Confirm progress of the installs through daily status meeting with Application Leads, Project Leads and Project Managers, verifying, documenting and resolving issues or client concerns on site. Prioritize client out of scope requests.
