Manage claims from inception to completion. Expedite claims by the interpretation of current policy and onsite data by determining the existence of coverage, allocating liability, making escalated loss decisions, and monitoring or filing arbitration. Regularly negotiate with attorneys and body shops to reach settlements. Proactively communicate, set and fulfill customer expectations. Review, analyze, negotiate, and settle bodily injury claims. Represent the company at court proceedings.
