Daily Duties at Whiteman Afb:
Created and Implemented the Wing process improvement program in conjunction with higher headquarters. Responsible for training new facilitators in 6 Sigma, Lean and the facilitation of events, as well as training 500+ military members on the basic principles as they can be applied to their work center.
