Direct responsibility for strategic development and tactical implementation of revenue growth strategies. Managed regional business development, market expansion, and new product development for 35 nursing homes and 5 assisted living facilities. Hired, trained, and managed 13 direct sales associates. Beverly eliminated all 26 sales director positions in January 2001.
