Daily Duties at General Motors On Star:
Program Manager (2005-2010) Designed and led OnStar Global Change Management processes which included integrating OnStar China into the enterprise change management process and all global Call Centers. Assigned as the Enterprise program manager to a variety of other programs and lead them to a successful on time implementations. Call Center Operations Business Process Leader (2003 – 2005) Developed new processes and refined current processes resulting in improved the customer experience, reducing operating costs, and increasing the customer value proposition. Call Center Operations Manager (2002 – 2004) Managed the 24x7 daily operations in the southeast Michigan Call Center included all Subscriber services, call volume, 240,000+ service requests. Managed the supplier service delivery relationship, insuring service level agreements and advisors quality scores were achieved.
