Promoted to supervise 6 purchasers and orchestrate purchasing of components and materials dedicated to manufacturing of pre-fabricated cruise ships cabins. Defined and implemented purchasing policy, negotiated contracts, managed vendor relationships with 70 suppliers. Measured and monitored suppliers’ continuous improvement initiatives. Drove supply chain process continuous improvement plan.
