Managed 64-acre/1 million SF industrial park in NJ Meadowlands and an additional 80,000 SF shopping center. Managed building maintenance services and inspections. Extensive work with local, state and federal government agencies. Excellent tenant relations with high profile tenant base: DKNY, Polo Ralph Lauren, Coach, A & P.
